Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to run the rewards program:

• Twitch account info — when you sign in with Twitch, we receive a unique account identifier and your Twitch display name/username via OAuth. We do not receive or store your Twitch password.
• Rewards activity — your points balance, lifetime XP, rank, season stats, daily-wheel spins, giveaway entries, and reward redemptions.
• StreamElements points — your channel watch-time point totals, retrieved from StreamElements to calculate what you have earned.
• Technical & usage data — basic, mostly-aggregated analytics (such as page views and device/browser type) collected automatically to keep the site running.

We do not collect payment-card information, government IDs, or your real-world address, and we do not knowingly collect more than the above.

We use this information to operate the Service: to authenticate you, calculate and display points, XP, ranks, and standings, run seasons, the daily wheel, and giveaways, deliver rewards, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain and improve the site. We do not use your information for advertising.

MikuBrawl is a competitive program. Your username and your points, XP, rank, and standings may be displayed publicly on leaderboards, season pages, and giveaway entrant lists. Reward codes you win or redeem are shown only to you. If you do not want your username shown publicly, do not use the Service.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service — including sign-in / authentication, secure data hosting, and basic usage analytics. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service and under its own privacy practices. We share only the minimum information required for these services to function, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the Service — primarily to keep you signed in (your authentication session and a short-lived access token) — and lightweight analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear these in your browser, but doing so will sign you out.

We keep your account and rewards data while your account is active. You may request that we delete your account and associated data by contacting us (see below); some records may be retained as needed to prevent abuse or comply with law. You can also disconnect the app from your Twitch account in your Twitch settings at any time.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by Twitch in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and rely on established third-party providers for hosting and authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country. By using the Service you consent to this processing.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
